I would like to inform you that this version is not in the public domain as the rights at the minute are owned by Image Entertainment here is the link

the reason i know this is it is'nt available in England so i had to buy it on Region 1 and get it shipped across.
it is the full 78 minute version which you have on the site.

Just because Image sells this movie does not mean they own the copyright. Their web site lists many, many movies that are known to be in the public domain. And their $15.00 price would only be paid by those who didn't know any better--UNLESS they have actually done something to the movie that is significant, such as colorizing it, dubbing it in a foreign language, etc. But if they're selling the same scratchy print everyone else sells, then I would doubt they can claim copyright. But I could be wrong. I was wrong once before. But only once.
